AIR VENT PANELS
Border Precision produces RFI/EMC shielded and non-shielded custom-built Air Vent Panels to your specifications, which provide minimal airflow restriction or pressure drop, yet provides superior levels of shielding effectiveness.
Air Vent Panels are usually produced from Aluminium extruded frame, or if required can be machined from solid if the application specifications demand. Air Vent Panels can be supplied with various RFI/EMC shielding or environmental gasket options fitted. Mounting holes and fasteners can be included to your specifications. Protective grille can be incorporated to minimise damage to honeycomb element.
Air Vent Panels can have a painted finish applied to your specification, or are available in a range of protective finishes, which include:
- Bright Tin
- Bright Nickel
- Other finishes are available on request
RFI/EMC Air Vent Panels are used where large quantities of air are required to be circulated to keep electronic circuitry and components at controlled temperatures, and where a high level of shielding performance is also necessary.
