LASER PROFILING
Complimenting our Sheet Metal Fabrication Border Precision house a Trumpf 3.2KW Laser Punch Combination and a Trumpf 3KW laser, to profile more intricate components from heavier gauge materials, which removes the need for expensive tooling requirements. The laser can also be used for production volumes as well as prototype requirements.
A sophisticated Laser Scanner supports Sheetmetal Engineering and Q.A functions using either the component itself, which can be scanned, or the CAD data if already available.
