Border have recently launched a series of Six Sigma Green Belt projects at our Kelso Plant to support our Lean Manufacturing Programme.Wayne Ballantyne ( Border MD, the Executive sponsor of these projects) commented,'The launch of these projects and our strive for key Border staff to achieve Green and Black Belt status,further confirms our commitment to Lean/CIP,and our aim of being our Customer's supplier of choice.'
